Traditional Use: Hops flowers are most widely known for their role in brewing beer. Medicinally they are known for their sedative actions.

Benefits: Asthma, cough, dermatitis, headaches, indigestion, insomnia, menstrual cramps, nervous dyspepsia, nervous tension, neuralgia, rashes, rough skin, stress-related conditions. To take advantage of the sedative actions of hops it may be added to a sleep or stress blend and diffused into the air.
